• Central air conditioning: Central air conditioning system, central heating system, air purification system, fresh air system, and exhaust air system.
• Electrical work; power system, lighting system, telephone system, Internet system, satellite system, fire system, ground system, lightning bolt system, CCT.V System, and generator system.
• Sanitary work; cold water system, hot water system, rainwater drainage system, sewage drainage system, fire extinguishing system (manual, dry riser, and hose reel), and establishment design for the general kitchen and the laundry.
